Indoor air quality assessment

Definition of Service: A visual assessment is to identify issues that could affect the air quality of the building. We may use testing devices to analyze building performance and metrics. We will also help develop long-term solutions to promote the health and safety of the building occupants. 

Here are some items that may be included in an air quality assessment:

  • Radon

  • Humidity

  • Temperature

  • Potential mold-related issues

  • Insulation and Air-Sealing methods

  • VOCs (volatile organic compounds)

  • Air pathways and potential pressure concerns

  • HVAC equipment and ducting

  • Crawlspace and structure performance

  • Moisture intrusion-related issues
