Inspection of a residential property for the overall general condition of the systems and components.


commercial inspection

Inspection of a commercial building or property for the overall general condition of the components. 


Termite/wdi inspection

Inspection for the presence of wood-destroying insects by a certified inspector. The findings will be issued in a separate PDF of the NPMA-33 form.


radon testing

A short or long-term test for an allotted amount of time to measure the presence of radon inside a home or building.


mold assessment (Visual)

A specialized visual inspection focused on identifying possible mold growth and conditions conducive to mold-related issues.


m0ld sampling

Collection of samples and delivery to a qualified lab for analysis to help gain a better understanding of indoor air quality and specific bio-organisms. This service must be coupled with a visual mold assessment service.

Indoor Air Quality Assessment

A visual assessment to identify issues that could affect the air quality of the building. We will also help develop long-term solutions to promote the health and safety of the building occupants. 


Asbestos Sampling

Retrieval and delivery of potential asbestos-containing material/s to a qualified lab for analysis.


Lead-paint Sampling

Retrieval and delivery of potential lead-based paint material/s to a qualified lab for analysis.


Enhanced Well System Inspection

An in-depth inspection of the well system components to ensure its functionality. A free 6-month warranty will be available for systems that pass the inspection protocol. The warranty is provided through WelGard Company.


Well Water Sampling

Collection of well water and delivery to a qualified lab for analysis.


Pool / Hot tub Inspection

Inspection of a pool or hot tub and the associated components. This service is provided by a third-party pool contractor.


Stucco / Moisture Intrusion Inspection

A semi-invasive inspection of stucco, EIFS, adhered stone, and other cladding materials to test for water intrusion issues. Inspection performed by a certified EDI (Exterior Design Institute) inspector.


Re-Inspection

A follow-up inspection of a previously performed service to verify repairs made. The client must present a list of items to inspect before the re-inspection. Only the items requested to be checked will be viewed during this follow-up inspection.


Single Component Inspection

Inspection of a specified component or system, as requested by the client. We will follow the standards of practice for Tennessee Home Inspectors for items that fall under this heading. If the single system/component does not fall within the TN standards of practice, we will define the scope of the inspection within the report.


Manufactured Home Certification

A visual assessment where we collect data for a structural engineer to obtain HUD permanent foundation certification for the purchase of the property.
